The all-new Ardent 30A DC-DC Battery Box keeps your lithium battery charged. The all-new Ardent 30A charger incorporates a 30A MPPT solar controller allowing charge from solar panels or blankets. Simply drop your lithium battery into the box and connect only two wires from the box direct to your battery terminals. Get power anywhere and anytime! Stuck in a blackout! No problems! Charge and run all your important devices!! When the vehicle runs, the DC/DC charger will charge via the alternator; when the vehicle stops, the Ardent 30A DC/DC will continue charging via your solar panels/blankets. Ardent 12V 20A Lithium LiFePO4 Battery Charger
For a 12V system, we really want to emphasize reaching 14.2V – 14.6V for bulk and absorption and float to be 13.6V or lower.
12V Deep Cycle batteries, you should set your charger profile to charge up to 14.6 volts for 30 minutes and then float charge at 13.6 volts. For a 12V system, we really want to emphasize reaching 14.2V – 14.6V for bulk and absorption and float to be 13.8V or lower. That means a 12-volt lithium battery will boast a normal maximum voltage of 13.6 volts when fully charged. And even after discharging 10% of their nominal capacity, they still have 13.4 volts at resting voltage (a loss of only 0.2 volts). ***Note that all 12V batteries above 12Ah, configured in Series, must be charged individually with a 12V charger.
