Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. Your purchase will be sent with a courier company like TNT, depending on your location your purchase can take a minimum of 2-10 working days. Note that Lithium batteries have a different shipping classification they require specific paperwork and certified drivers therefor shipping can take few extra days delivery time.

Please be aware we do not send the batteries with Australia Post; they are sent with a courier. They are in control of the time it takes to be delivered.

Can I pick up my Order?

Yes, you can collect your order from Aussie Batteries but please be aware we do not hold all product lines onsite we may need to get the product in from another warehouse so there may be a lead time. Please email the customer service team at reception@aussiebatteries.com.au and advise them you would like to collect your purchase. The dispatch team will contact you when your order is ready for collection from 186 Glenmount Road, Tanawha 4556.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking details. Log on to the courier’s tracking website, enter your tracking number. This will show you when the order has been collected, how its travelling and its estimated arrival time.

Where will my purchase be dispatched from?

We dispatch from a few locations: QLD, NSW, VIC. Your purchase may be sent from multiple locations due to stock levels and availability. Your order may have two different tracking numbers for any split orders, so you can follow the progress of all items.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship products to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Post Offices. As we send with couriers, we require a residential or business address.
